Return Policy

Due to the sensitive and hazardous nature of chemical products, returns are strictly limited.

Return Conditions:
Only for defective products, wrong shipment, or mismatch (subject to company approval).
Request must be made within 7 business days of receipt.
Product must be unopened, sealed, and in original condition.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (unless company error).
Refund processed within 14 business days after inspection.
